  • After analysis we decided to opt for Mailchimp email service provider. It is the biggest marketing automation platform and an email marketing service. It offers various plans for effective email marketing.

  • To start with email marketing we added contacts to email marketing account.

  • It is very essential to have the correct contact data. In case you are sending an email to the wrong person who doesn’t even exist then your mail is wasted. This can affect the deliverability rate of your email.

  • We started with monthly newsletter created an email campaign for patients using a professional email template with a catchy subject line where the motive was to initiate patients for booking appointment for monthly visit.

  • After creating monthly newsletter we decided to make subscribers happy by sending them a customize message on their birthdays.

  • With subscription form we started getting more contacts that we used to add on regular basis into our email marketing account list.

  • It was great to see audience data increasing and this is how we decided to experiment with our marketing campaign.

  • Created another birthday campaign but this time we offer them $20 off on the dental service to see the response from the people.

  • We send them two emails with offer one mail before 30 days and another mail one day prior to birthday.

  • We tend to start experimenting as soon as we received response from the audiences. Along with this we continue to send them monthly newsletter to allow them to book appointment for dental checkup and keep them engrossed with dental services.

  • We keep the track of website traffic and other engagements going on their website via Google Analytics. We also fix the webmaster coverage issues whenever they occur via Google Search Console.

  • We check their keyword ranking from time to time and do the required HTML improvements required on their website.

Results

  • Earlier they had 4,614 contacts and now they have 7,961 contacts.
