To provide an accurate quote, we typically need: project goals and objectives, target audience information, preferred timeline, budget range, any existing materials or assets, specific features or requirements, and examples of designs or functionality you like.

Billing & Payments

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers (ACH), credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and checks for larger amounts. International clients can pay via wire transfer or PayPal.

Payment terms are typically: 50% deposit to start the project, remaining balance upon completion, or milestone-based payments for larger projects. Ongoing services are billed monthly in advance. All invoices are due within 30 days of issue date.

Refund policies depend on the service type and project stage. Generally, work completed is non-refundable, but we'll work with you to resolve any issues. For ongoing services, you can cancel with 30 days notice. We always aim for client satisfaction and will discuss options if you're not happy with our work.

Our quotes include all development costs. Additional costs might include third-party services (hosting, premium plugins, stock photos), ongoing maintenance and support, domain registration and SSL certificates, and app store fees. We'll always discuss these upfront and get approval before incurring any additional costs.

Technical Support

Yes! We offer various support packages including bug fixes and minor updates, security monitoring and updates, performance optimization, content updates, and technical assistance. Support packages can be monthly or annual, depending on your needs.

For clients with support packages, we monitor uptime and respond quickly to issues. Emergency support is available 24/7 for critical problems. We'll investigate the issue, implement fixes, and communicate status updates throughout the resolution process.

Absolutely! We can help with hosting recommendations, domain registration and management, DNS configuration, SSL certificate setup, email setup, and backup solutions. We work with reliable hosting providers and can manage these services for you.
