5. Payment Terms

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of:

• Client-provided content and materials
• Final deliverables as specified in the service agreement

6.3 Third-Party Components

Some deliverables may include third-party components subject to separate licenses. Clients are responsible for compliance with such licenses.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties acknowledge that they may have access to confidential information. We agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your business information
• Use confidential information only for providing services
• Implement reasonable security measures
• Return or destroy confidential information upon request

8. Warranties and Disclaimers

8.1 Service Warranties

We warrant that our services will be performed with professional skill and care. We will correct any non-conforming work at no additional cost.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

8.3 No Guarantee of Results

While we strive for success, we cannot guarantee specific business results, rankings, traffic levels, or revenue increases.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service
• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

13. Dispute Resolution
